Quite enjoy going down a mountain on my bike, although I wouldn't say I'm good at it. I suspect like with most of these things, it's important not to think that it's just 23mm of rubber keeping you from falling off a mountain at 70kmh.

One of the lads I work with is a mountain bike instructor and took to a place named Coed Y Brenin mountain bike trails, he took me on a thing named The Adams Family which is a series of runs all named after characters from the programme, he ‘mistakenly’ forgot to mention they were classed as black trails which I believe are some of the hardest runs… that was scarier than any rollercoaster I’ve ever been on.

Bumper cars or ghost trains are about my limit. I strangely struggle to find enjoyment in being spun and jettisoned at about a million miles an hour until you have liquid coming out of all of your orifices.

;)lol

Aye. With a rollercoaster you can pretty safely put your faith in the engineers not to kill you. With that kind of thing it's generally down to you whether you get hurt or not.
