Well if it is I would say it was similarly daft. Not an expert by any means having only just read up on it, but I don't think this had anything to do with the colour of his skin. Douchbag police officer beat the **** out of douchbag criminal.

You're probably right, we'll never know for sure, but it's america. It was always going to come down to the colour of his skin. Whenever there's a criminal case over there, it splits opinion down race lines. And thats the same whether its the white or the blacks claiming their side isn't getting a fair shake.
