I just watched this, really enjoyed it. Moody sound track, can defo tell where his influences came from.

Yes, the soundtrack is a deliberate throw back to the sounds of Morricone.
And his mate did it for free which helps.

Just 3 weeks since it was released and the film has just hit 35,000 views. That's a Christmas blockbuster by NZ standards.
