Do you ever listen to Kornheiser? I think you might like his radio show. To me, Patrick is the best interviewer I've ever heard. He could talk to a stalk of broccoli and make it interesting. It's his own thoughts that are lacking (he needs Olbermann to shine). The Mikes have great chemistry, but if you put them together, you get the personality of a D&D gamemaster entering 9th grade. I like Van Pelt and his partner, but rarely listen to their show so I may not have a good appraisal of them.

Listened to K. back in the day, but he's not on my radio any more. He needs Wilbon to keep him in line. I think he got dropped here just before or after he slammed Jax before our Super Bowl, etc. etc... That's been ten years or so, now.

Exhibits all the things I don't like about some New Yorkers. A provincial guy, basically. Just from NY, that's all. Brings his own set of prejudices.

He still does a Washington show, with some mostly great help in studio. I like it because it's not local (although, to be fair there is little newsworthy that happens around here.) It's one of his best shows yet, highlighting both his strengths and weaknesses. If you can stand his flavor it's worth the listen, but like GOT you can never catch up with what's gone on before; you can only hope to keep up with what's happening now. Still available via podcast, etc.
