On the Thursday at the British round of the MotoGP there was always a charity day to raise money for an organisation called Riders For Health, at the end of the day there was always an auction. Nicky would always bring something personal to auction off, and I remember one year after what he'd brought with him had been auctioned a women in the crowd shouted something and he ended up auctioning off the jeans he was wearing, took em' off then and there and walked away in his boxers.
