Sad to hear today of the passing of reggae legend John Holt at the age of 69. Only Ken Boothe left now of the great Jamaican reggae/soul voices of the 1960's. Alton Ellis, Delroy Wilson, Slim Smith, Desmond Dekker and now John gone. There are other greats but those guys just had a little more soul. For me he made some of the all time great reggae records:
