it's what they are referred to in the prog mate, they are from the Beth Din (sp) in Manchester and they go around these places checking that the conditions of using the word 'Kosher' are adhered to, I found it quite interesting tbh as it went a lot further than pork. looking after their own interests tbh as these caterers make a fortune out of their community, and many weren't jewish.

Thought pork was off the menu for the Jewish. And the only kosher rule I know of is that the mother animal isn't killed on the same day as its calf.
