Yes mate i`ll get some advice and post one .

if i may .. providing you have a picture on your PC in say "my pictures"
click on "go advanced" as if you are replying..
click on Manage attachments
click on Add files
click on Select files
that now shows what pictures you may have on your PC
choose the picture you want(click on it) click "open"
click upload files.. let it upload....
click insert files ....
