People will have heard of it over here when Arlene Foster was in the news about the coalition etc - stuff like farmers heating empty barns, to dry more fuel, to set on fire and claim subsidies.
So cock-up or conspiracy? She seems to have skated her way out of it either way.

The best bit of the evidence so far was of one cabinet minister falling asleep blind drunk in an NYC bar while on a trade envoy. Gets thrown out for sleeping. Belted out Breakfast at Tiffany's as he walked back to his hotel. About 5 hours before a crucial trade meeting lol

..I presume this is centred in Northern Ireland as opposed to the Republic. I suspect the DUP are untouchable at the moment given the power they hold in Westminster.
