Retirement Gift Ideas

Anyone got any good ideas for a retirement gift?

My boss is retiring at the end of the month and I'm thinking of getting him a gift but am struggling about what to get. He's a nice bloke, been great for my career and work-life balance etc. He's a big blue, but doesn't really have any hobbies now (used to be a ref).

Obviously I've already tagged on to the gift work are giving him, but I'd like to get something just from me as well, but am struggling big time.

Maybe about £100 mate. Depends what it is. Don't mind a little more if it's decent like.

How about one of the packages that the club do for the first home game of the season - tour, hospitality and the match ?
