Hi Bungz, I've suggested this to the missus, I'll need your mate's expertise in this field to help with something else now. What's the best way to treat a set of really swollen bollocks?

I've got a mate that works for the NHS and he's said if you send across some images of your bollocks he can give you his professional opinion.

He has stipulated that your Mrs is leaning over your bollocks with nothing on though just so he can use her for scale in comparison to how swollen they are.
