A number of seats have been removed in the front rows of Gwladys St. Bit odd. Anything to do with the new goal line technology? Though when decided upon it was said that the cameras would not produce any obstructed views at grounds.

Manchester United season ticket holders will be forced to leave their seats and relocate to another part of the stadium to clear the way for new 3D cameras to be installed.
Old Trafford fans have vented their anger at the move which will see around 60 season ticket holders moved from the Stretford End and East Stand lower tiers, where prices average £28 per game, to a more expensive part of the ground.
But, as reported in the Manchester Evening News, the supporters will not be charged the difference for their first season in more expensive seats as a goodwill gesture by the club.

The move comes after the Premier League sold their live broadcasting rights for the next three years to Sky Sports and newcomer BT Sport for a whopping £3billion.

The Premier League released the following statement:
'In order to make Premier League stadia better suited to modern technology, and to service the diverse range of media attending matches, our clubs have agreed to enhance their media facilities for the 2013/14 season. This will include improved internet and Wi-Fi connectivity, additional camera positions for broadcasters, and improved press box facilities.
'The work taking place to make these improvements could result in some displacement of current seats but the League is working with clubs to keep this to a minimum.'

One angry United season ticket holder Lauren Appleton, 28, told the MEN: 'I can't believe I am being made to move, to potentially a higher priced seat, away from my friends for the sake of people who want to watch the match from home in 3D.
'If they want the 3D experience they should get to the ground week in, week out like we do.'
Down the road at the Etihad, United's rivals Manchester City are still considering how to accommodate the cameras as all 20 Premier League clubs have been told to make space for them

So in Uniteds case it is 60 seats being removed which isn't really that many. How many is it at Goodison?

Wish the 3D stuff would sod off.

Ridiculous that we as football fans are now expected to either pay through the roof for a 4th row ticket, or sit there with gizmos on our face like idiots.
