Reheating Food

It's ok as long as you straightaway put the warm leftover food in the fridge. This way the bacteria already present don't have much chance to spread. By the time you heat it up, most bacteria will have died in the fridge, and many will die in the re-heat.

This is what I do, done it for years with takeaways and delivery food, and not had any obvious negative effects.

Maybe to be on the safe side don't do it with meat, egg or fisch.
