Reducing Goodison Capacity

i often wonder about a refurb of lower bullens, not the paddock, just underneath. you could have rows of seats at the front and corporate rooms behind.

upper bullens isn't too bad unless you get behind a post, there are far more obstructions in the back half of lower

That is another possible area, I think there is areas of Goodison we could improve as basically a short term solution. However, I feel that the board are uneasy to spend money renovating Goodison as it would fly in the face of its falling to the ground statement.

You could complete the work at the end of the season, therefore taking no hit on matchday sales.

I doubt the Bullens would be able to be refurbished in this way, the structure and build would be to hard to work around to incorporate boxes, private facilities and the like. It would probably need demolishing and re-built, then that has a knock on affect to the street end

that's the 'Sky Box' chico is on about behind the dugouts we have about 8.

Unless its been removed we do have a hospitality box there and then they put the sky box above it when needed. I totally forgot about the boxes behind the dugouts, but yeah basically a similar thing elsewhere in the ground would be good. What you mentioned regarding the scoreboard gantry is a good idea.
