People always seem to think we as two rival clubs in one city get on ,i can tell you now my dad was a blue ,and for some reason i put it down to my father in law who is a red ,i have 2 sons 1 who is in afghanistan and sadly a red ,and my younger son who at 12 i always bought blue shirts ,came out 2 years ago with a red shirt from his grand dad ,
why why can life be so cruel, my wife who really dosnt no any better says its only a shirt , its not is it ,for us blues its pride .
How many others have blue/red family

MY Dad. 2 sisters and Step Daughter = Red Sh***, although only step Daughter has ever been and that was only once
Me and My Lad = Blue
Daughter = sort of blue but not really interested, I tried honest

Others
Missus = Villa
Step Son = Man U

Proud to say all blue no sh*te.

Grandfather only one who doesn't support Everton and he's a red manc.

My brother married a red. His older boy is a red and the younger lad is more into high school musical than football. Other than that we are all blue.

Immediate family are all blues and have been for four generations, more or less since the club was formed.

Some of dad's cousins are reds, some are blues. A couple of my cousins kids have turned out red, much to their parents dismay.

Inlaws are all old school Chelsea, although the wife changed sides on our wedding day as promised after I took her to Goodison last season. She's not actually that bothered, although she enjoyed going to the game and wants to go again.

Dad and Brother are Reds, Late Grandad was a Blue, thats where i get it from.

Son - Blue
Daughter - Blue
Wife - Blue
Dad - Blue
Brothers (2) - Blues
Uncles ( none still kicking but all were top Blues)
Aunties ( as above and those that gave a preference were blue)
Dads Dad - Was a blue
Cousins - ( hundreds ) vast majority blue including ex toffee girls ( when they had the same one for years and not a different one each week)

Depression rate in family ( high )

Expectation level every August - Phenonemal
Average month that reality bites - October

Asked would you change _ 100 % never !!!

just to add First wife was a red .. tis was during the 80's and i recall my most enjoyable time with her .... the 30 mins between the lineker goal and that fat f*** Molby setting up the wierd aussie bloke for the equaliser

Great Great Great Great Great Grandmother = Molly Bushell, originator of the Everton Toffee (would have been blue if football existed then).

The rest is history.

You see my wife sometimes asks why i put up with all the crap from wok mates and freinds and sons over my supporting everton ,
iam sorry i cant change
and after watching us last season vs west brom at home just play like fools ,i honestly felt so low
i had to listern to all the reds on monday go on about how **** everton are
and i just thought that is it i have had it
and for 2 weeks solid i didnt read the papers
watch sky
or even read a comic like the echo
but i just couldnt resist and iam sorry as shriek said even little shriek is seen wearing
once a blue always a blue
cant wait for the game tonight

Dad is Red, me and my brother are blue. My Kids have been systematically brainwashed. I sing them a grand old team. I reward them when they say their favourite colour is blue, they dress in everton stuff and every now and then they kiss the badge.

Grandad was red. His sister (my great auntie) was a blue and kidnapped my dad when he was very young and took him to goodison I think without my grandad knowing. Not very pc but hey. The rest is history. My auntie and cousins are reds but not to interested. One of their boyfriends is a huge red and a scouser so he thinks he's it when it comes to football around me. I can't actually talk about football with him, makes me fume too much.
