I read it from time to time, the Everton one is pretty rubbish but great to popcorn the "isn't soccer boss" mericans.

I use it quite a bit for computer games. Once you get past the git gud crowd there's usually some pretty useful tips, hints and discussions on there. Not a fan of youtube videos for that kind of thing so much prefer reddit as a written source.

Can't say I've done anything on reddit beyond stealing images and gifs to post here.

Erh it depends on the subreddit
Theres a side of it thats almost as much a vortex of stupidity as tumblr though and theyre all bad likewhores

Don't think you can judge it as a whole. It's a collection of online communities. Some subs ate trash, some are good.

Great for games, crap for football, as said above.

Also sub to things like /r/space and a bunch of video game related subs.

You're probably right, I have never used so the only time I come across anything is when they make the wider news, usually for negative reasons.
