I thought I used the wrong Pantone yellow while making those illegal plates

I work for a company that prints and manufactures number plates . All cars registered in the UK should have a yellow rear plate .

They're usually aluminium pressed aren't they?

They can have the letters pressed onto them from behind . Then sprayed . Or holes punched in to the plate , with plastic letters attached .

I , myself , haven't made any but I've watched them being made

Being a very observant driver I have never noticed and still won't.

Urban myth..never worked..police aim speed guns towards where registeration plates are on vehicles.

I remember the spray cans on the markets to make your number plate invisible to the police cameras, never tried them looked an iffy buy.........
