I didn't watch it mate. So can't really say.

There are loads of non Brits here, but not that I've seen being a problem except when some Polish lads battered a mate for no reason.

But everywhere has non Brits these days don't they?

What did the show say?

The overall impression you show gave was that the street was one big melting pot and everyone accepted each others culture and skin colour . It went tits up when people from outside the street - local politicians objected to the word "Immigration " being used and manipulated some of the residents into trying to get the filming stopped by saying that the film makers where only there to turn them into some kind of figures of fun, like they did with " Benefit Street ". Then some local baddies got involved and it all turned horrible .

Sounds weird.

People are just people. I've a really good mate who has lived here all his life but he couldn't be more Indian if he tried. We always look like total opposites when we are walking down the street together but get on like we were brothers.

The thing with TV is they can show what they want and hide anything you don't want to see. Usually the less dramatic truth.
