Realism in Everton

I'm not sure the terms Realism, 4th, or indeed Arteta "Am I Bryan Oviedo?" 2391 work when put together.

I have a feeling something is going to go pop this season in the league, and not necessarily us getting 4th. Utd are having an awful window, Bale is off, (IMO), Jose might prove the old adage, "never go back", so you never know. On our day, we can beat anyone, we know that, so lets see.

It's going to be a funny season.

United- Rooney is unlikely to be the same player for them if he does stay. A lot of the big name players are getting snapped up too. If they don't sign Fabregas it looks like Fellaini might be the fall back option. It could have gone better.

City- Hopefully Jovetic and Negredo will be less disruptive than Tevez and Ballotelli. Navas could give them a much-needed wide option and create space elsewhere for Silva and Nasri.

Chelsea- They'll be there or there abouts whether they get Rooney or not.

Arsenal- Suarez is a very good player but why do they want all the hassle that goes with him?

Spurs- I'm not sure if they're that much stronger. Adebayor and Defoe aren't really the options that they'd want to have up front and they're too reliant on Bale.

Liverpool- Replacing Suarez with Soldado might not be such a bad move. They've been very dependent on the Uruguayan themselves though and I'm not convinced that their young players can do the business when the pressure is on.

Everton- We're probably not going to be as hard to beat as under Moyes but it's a great opportunity for our attacking players, especially Mirallas, to express themselves more freely. The league was more open last year than I've ever known it and if it comes down to who can outscore who, I think we'll give most teams a game.
