Yarmolenko ? Yes please

I was watching the Sevilla / Barcelona game at the weekend and this guy made me laugh with some of the things he was coming out with. I enjoyed the game, very entertaining but this guy commentating made it even better. I could understand him not being everyone's cup of tea but i think he is a good fit and clearly passionate about footie.

So we can put some of his quotes in this thread when we hear them

Just some that i remember from yesterdays game

' Marvelous performance from Chameleon eyes ' (Xavi)

' Messi could shave a mouse ' (describing his 1st goal)

' Messi could shave a sleeping mouse ' (after his 2nd)

' Cesc kisses it home with botox lips....... softer than the moonlight with a scoop of vanilla ice cream ' (Fabregas goal)

' Skipping past him like a babies breathe ' (Xavi turning his marker)

' Slippery than an eel in vaseline '

' Messi setting the table on that red carpet pass '

' He called, he delivered and probably made the pizza himself ' (describing Messi again)

Funny guy......

I love him, he makes it up as he goes along and is a bit much but his passion for the game is very very clear. Love this one...

"That may have been Lescott; I’m not so sure. I was looking at two things at the same time like Marty Feldman."
Manchester City v. FC Porto

Oh, another moment was during a La Liga game and camera cuts to a hot blonde on the crowd with her phone to her ear...and Ray pipes up with "Hello...me phones ringing!"

It can be tiresome but it's sure better than listen to the rentaquotes and "analysis" of most of the usual suspects.

Have you ever watched a game he was commentating on ? Its literally 90 minutes of quotes pulled out of his arse

Yeah, I enjoy him too...and it's pretty natural, he reacts like a child would to the exploits going on in matches...Much better than his boorish & uninformed partner Phil Schoen
