Random thing I found once

I was on a lunch break from the flower bulb packing factory in Spalding Lincolnshire, was going a little way into to town to visit the chip shop, and there lying on the ground in the road was a blue scarf.

Possibly peterborough united, being not that far away..

But wait....

I can see the words, "..Pride of Merseyside.."

OMG!

I found an Everton scarf, in a desert of despair that is Spalding in Lincolnshire...

It was a shiney and clean, almost new as well.

Still own that scarf today.



....And no, you can't have it back

Love stuff like that. I just moved to Accrington last week, my other half went into Home & Bargains yesterday in town and it's full of Everton duvet covers, wallpaper, cushion covers etc. at ridiculously cheap prices. The boys room will be decked out needless to say but they don't do king size bedspreads, not that she'd let me have one.

Mate was up north and was in a vintage clothes shop - he found a Keijan dark blue shirt, got me it for a fiver.
It stands up pretty well to the shirts about now.
