Yes, that is Climb Dance. Ari Vatanen in a Peugeot 405 T16 Evo going up Pikes Peak in Colorado. Only his second run up, and he broke the then record ('87 or '88 IIRC). Watched that video many a time.

I used to watch rallying every year when I lived near Chatsworth a bit more up north.

I am a total anorak when it comes to stuff like this and F1. Just love all the technical aspects in addition to the skills required by the drivers. The late Group B cars (205 T16, Delta S4, RS200) are all just absolute metal machines. The twin charged (super charged low-end, turbocharged highend) S4 is reported to do 0-60mph in two and a half seconds, in the DIRT!!!!
