Its kind of cringeworthy how some of our fans are trying to tarnish all reds as racists because of a few morons. They've had a terrible attitude towards the suarez/evra thing but that's more to do with there own arrogance and self pity as opposed to them all being members of the klu klux ****ing klan. Its embarressing. As if we don't have the odd person on the terraces making the odd remark. 'Racism on the kop still' of course there is, there is in gwladys as well. There is everywhere? Is it prevailant and the majority doing it? Absolutly not. Move on. The guy doing the monkey chanting should be dealt with as an individual not as a 45,000 collective. Ffs kev. This racism thing is getting ridiculous. Calm the **** down. It will be dealt with.
 
Nik, I was born at the start of the Eighties. Despite the fact I am not racist in the slightest I have had to live with liverpool fans,
the media and others I come into contact with making remarks about Everton being a racist club. It's ignorance for the most part but liverpool fans seem to take pleasure in labelling us racist and reminding us of the past while ignoring theirs. I remember David Mellor calling Everton a racist club on radio 5. I then had to convince the black mates from london I was living with that this was not the case.
So that's why I take pleasure in this situation. It's just because their holier than thou arrogant mask has slipped and shone a light on that nest of vipers.
 

The Kop is a tourist trap full of ABU ********s but is no more or less racist than any stand and let's not pretend otherwise.

They bought all this upon themselves, too, by their response to the Suarez/Evra incident.

Edit: although I was actually born in the mid 70's.

I haven't got a link but a survey says thier average trip to the match is even higher than Uniteds. The tourists can buy season tix just as easily as the locals despite the 876 year waiting list to get on to the 1,876 year waitlinglist.
