My career started in in 1985 at portsmouth f.c and ten years later had a brief spell coaching for the club. I have played for 16 english league teams which include permanent and loan moves. My most successful spell was at Southend Utd making 115 apperances scoring 47 times, the biggest club i played for was Everton. I had 2 loan spells at Goodison park before moving permanently in 1994 for a fee of 500,000GBP, i made 18 apperances scoring twice. I left Everton a year later signing for Sunderland. I stand at 6ft 4 inches and played as a striker.
