An interesting list in which to place the goals of Lukaku.

How many of those players played before the offside rule was brought in? Genuine question. I've got no idea.
None. It has always been there. In 1925 it was changed from 3 to 2 players between the receiver and the goal
49 goals in 15 games. So unlucky.Surprised Marcus bent didn't make it
On the contrary. Number of goals scored per game rose by almost 50% when they went from 3 to two for being onside.I don't actually think there was such thing as defenders in the 1910s/20s
Top 3, you just know it was back in about 1850 when Everton FC was a bunch of lads playing heads and volleys down down Stanley Park, jumpers for goalposts, isn't it? Wasn't it? Marvellous. How many of those players played before the offside rule was brought in? Genuine question. I've got no idea.
Except when it was pissin' down.Top 3, you just know it was back in about 1850 when Everton FC was a bunch of lads playing heads and volleys down down Stanley Park, jumpers for goalposts, isn't it? Wasn't it? Marvellous.
Far superior all round game than Latchford? I wasn't all that fussy on Big Bob but don't see where Lukaku's game is much different to Latchfords, on fact it would be very hard to pick out who was the laziest of the two.Its very impressive in the modern era.only 1 game behind Latchford but with a far superior all round game. One name that jumps out for me is Alan Ball. That's a fantastic ratio for a midfielder
Would have been liniker had he stayed ..
Glad he didnt, wouldnt want his name on that list with those legends
