Quick question relating derby tickets

Hi lads, just been wondering something then and does anybody know how many away credits you think will be needed for an away derby ticket? With it being second to last away game and a derby I can imagine it to be high.

I'm on 4 prem at the moment and also Leeds, so I'm just wondering how many other aways I'll need to go to because as you will all know, money is tight and aways are expensive!

So if anyone thinks they roughly know what it'll be it will be deeply appreciated, thanks :)

I can only give you an opinion but with it being the second to last away game of the season it's going to mean you will have to be a Season Ticket Holder with a lot of away credits. By then there will have been 17 aways played in the league so I would guess they might start it at STH around 12+ and then work down. But the aways have been selling out very quick this season so it's obvious that there is a high demand for them. If we are going for Europe you are also likely to get a few more away matchgoers who usually give Anfield a miss that are going to go because the game will mean something. I would guess you will have no chance without a STH and less than about 8/9 away credits.
 
We only will have played 15 valid away matches by the time the Liverpool game goes on sale. I'd say it'll start at 12 and you'd be able to get one with 8 credits if you were in there quick on the day.

Last season we'd played 12 away games when the tickets went on sale and the criteria started at 8 credits.

Thanks mate, think I'll try and get to another 4 by then then, wish I had the time and money to go the Newcastle and Southampton!
 

Had a look before, the allocation definitely started at ST and 8+ away games. At that point in the season the most away credits you could have is 12, so they went for 4 below.

This season we will have played 14 or 15 aways by the time they go on sale, so i think they'll start on 10+ credits (maybe 12) and go from there.

Hope so mate, haven't been there place since the FA cup the other year. How many credits you on sofar?

4 at the mo, bit gutted as i should be on 5 but forgot to get a Wigan ticket (ended up going on a mate's number). Going to buy tickets for every away game and if there are any i can't get to then i'll give it away on here for face value, best of both worlds then as there's always people on here looking for spares. Hoping to go to every away game except for Newcastle and possibly Southampton.

I'll be on 9 credits by the time derby tickets go on sale, just hoping that will be enough (doubt it).

Same mate, I'm on 4 plus Leeds. I might do that my self with buying tickets for people who need spares but I will no doubt forget/ not bother going through the hassle of loosing money in my account then gaining it again 3 weeks later from somebody; sounds tight and lazy but I did it for City for my mate and it was so stressful

What i've done so far is just take a bank transfer for the face value plus a few quid extra for postage and done it that way. I bought my West Ham ticket last week (actually wanted to go but can't) and i've just sent it off to a lad from here today. Only had the money out of my account for 5 days.

Might do it my self mate, suppose it benefits both parties as we get the credits and people in need of spares get a ticket, win win really.
Have to persuade me dad like for him to do it as well, think my next away won't be until United now unless we get to the 4th round and have a decent tie, January Monday night kick offs are pathetic in all honesty for the distance etc
