The way I see it, he is quality. I can see why Moyes bought him.

What he needs though is some faith, game time, patience and support from the fans. He's not an ego, as his quotes in the paper have shown, but that's a double-edged sword. He won't **** us off or request a move, but it clearly hurts him to be groaned at by the crowd, or by being the 10th choice midfielder.

Bily looks like a guy that needs reps to be in touch with his game.

I don't know how pro athletes can do it - but it would bother me if I was getting limited play time or subbed in late before I can get a feel for the game.

My opinion is if he's getting more time on the pitch, he'll come around and earn a regular spot. Moyes just needs to have confidence in him and that's not happening if he's benched.
