Do you only get the credits if you're a STH?

In theory, no. The credits are just a way of the club keeping an electronic version of who goes to what games.

Every STH has a customer number and thus can get away credits recorded to their number. Every STH can check what away credits they may or may not have by using the e-ticketing section on the official site and checking purchase history.

A non-STH could do the same, as long as they have bought away tickets officially via the club, and they have an allocated customer number and e-ticketing account.

In the case of QPR tickets, they're specifically asking for only STH with 7 away credits.

What's your situation mate? Are you a non-STH with away credits to your name for this season?

Think you go into eticketing mate theres an option to login put your customer number in and the password which is your postcode in capitals.

Sorry mate for misleading you a little bit.

It doesn't actually list the number of away credits on your purchase history.

Your away credits are just the number of away games it lists you've been to. You've been to one and it lists that one, so that's fine mate, youre not missing anything.
