So....FIFA employed a lawyer to look into this matter and therefore they have cleared thenselves?

It is just laughable.

I like how they clear FIFA and Qatar but then lambast England for acting all rouge-like. You know, even tho there was something fishy about a country in the middle of the middle east with no football league or even national football team getting the world cup with a population of 8million in where they dont allow alcohol or gays. But no, like the great Leslie Nielsen said, 'THAT SHOULD BE A PENALTY TO LIVERPOOL!'
 

They should really publish the entire 430 page report if they truly have nothing to hide.

Anyway, anybody who thinks that there will be a revote after the money already spent by Qatar for the world cup is kidding themselves.
 
Only thing that can be done is for nations to refuse to send teams to these World Cups. Barring that unlikely scenario, FIFA is above the law because FIFA makes the law.
