Hey all...what are the odds that someone might be even remotely interested in letting two fans from Boston crash in your place for a night or two if we can get tickets to a match this year?
More politely, where could we stay for a reasonable rate (hotels etc.)
You can always try couchsurfing.org for a free place to stay. I have never used it in the UK, but I have in the Caribbean. Just make sure you go with people who have been reviewed a few times so you don't get shived.
you can arrange hotel and ticket through the o.s., thomas cook organize it, i posted a link last week sometime, i would imagine tommy c will hike the price up though tbh.
heres an option...
ryanair or airlingus fly to boston from dublin i think
then fly into l'pool or the ferry
register for a customer number on the o.s. and buy ticket through e-ticketing.
that would be the cheapest option but t.cook can prob get your match ticket sorted well in advance.
I wanted to go watch the boys beat up on the MLS...but it's cheaper to go to Liverpool. And I think taking in a match at Goodison would be heaps better than Salt Lake City...
