Big Sam absolutely seething after West Ham pumped TRS.

who's your favourite football pundit who's an ex professional footballer
My only one is Johnny Giles , who covers Ireland matches with the brain dead Dunphy and Brady
Least favourite?
Phil Thompson, the get

Johnny has gone a bit senile, but him, Brady and Dunphy were some punditry team in the day. Gary Neville is easily the best pundit around at the moment, and I like Carragher aswell. Scholes gets a free pass for calling Savage a knobhead live on air. Didi Hamaan is great on the Irish panel, as is Richie Sadler.

? He always looks like that. That is the most neutral Sam Alldardyce expression I've ever seen.

Ah right. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, he wasnae happy though.

Last week I think it was on MOTD he was buzzing after West Ham got beat saying how they didn't make those mistakes when he was in charge.

He does think a lot of himself. If I were him, I'd be delighted to be free of that absolute shitshow of a club.

I've never really understood this complaint.

Sure, many years ago they might pick a guest for each game who had ties to the teams playing. But these days they have a team of regular pundits who's job it is to analyze the game.

What team they played for doesn't really make any difference. The good ones are good ones and the bad ones are idiots regardless of who they played for.

2 out of 3 people on MOTD last night were ex Everton. The main commentator on Sky for years was ex Everton.

Plus even when they do have ex Everton players on people usually moan they don't say enough nice things about Everton. Then moan when ex players from other clubs say nice things about their ex clubs.

Whilst I agree with much of what you say there is definitely an excess of RS in the media who are openly biased towards them.

This propagates the belief amongst up and coming fans that Liverpool are more important/relevant than they actually are.

If all pundits behaved in a neutral fashion then no-one would have room to complain.

I like Phil Thompson, cause he wears his heart on his sleeve, which usually results in him making a tit out of himself, when Liverpool cock up.

Tony Cascarino, he actually believes he was a top player, a melt and a half. Hanson was actually fair, Le Tis is acceptable but Thompson should be placed in a dark room wearing his straight jacket and a gag, long nosed burke
