Pubs wot serve good ale and show der footy

Can any of my fellow gotters point me in the right direction. I'm leaving wool land and going for a few beers in Liverpool next saturday with a fellow blue. Are there any decent pubs in the city centre that will have the cardiff game on or am I clutching at straws? I know the city centre very well but haven't a clue about the live footy options.
By decent, I'm talking a good pint of hand pulled bitter, not that smoothflow garbage.

When you say hand pulled, do you mean your hand or someone else's, left or right, directly from the barrel or via pipes. No wonder the lads can't give you an answer.......

Either hand pulled from a wench with big jugs, or poured from a jug by a wench with a good hand pull. I'm not over fussy, I would foresake the perfect pint to watch the game obviuosly, can always fall back on guiness.
