I use HideIPVPN for my proxy, seems to be always available and I get full throughput out of my 17.5mb connection

I haven't used the torrents in donkeys years. Newsgroups is more secure, and Warez sites are more convenient

I like http://www.warez-bb.org/ There's no porn, which I actually like (no not gay lol), but the content is pretty good
