So much hate for my swole mates.

Getting in to the gym and healthy eating was one of the best things I ever did. It gave me more confidence and drive in life. People go a bit further with it and look a bit unusual but that’s their choice and they don’t really harm anyone except potentially themselves.

The fitness industry has exploded in recent years with all kinds of fad diet plans, products and workouts which aren’t necessary but prey on the desperation of l young people. I have a big issue with that.

As for protein I’d say if you want to see results quickly, lead a busy lifestyle and/or are a big person who generally needs to eat a lot then there’s nothing wrong with a protein shake or two a day.

there seems to be an epidemic of steroid abuse too...

esp on within the building trade, its rife, its like he can look the buffest whilst carrying bricks around !

thing is , all these un regulated steds that they inject into their bodies have going to ruin them later on in life.

can not see the point in it.

having said that I don't need to look big seeing as im 6'3 and heavy as it is
