You can probably get one right by the sh1thole that is Anfield for about £30K - imagine how much you could charge in B&B for the deadbeats that travel to games there - if you could stomach their company.

thanks for the link,,, I ust had a quick scoot and was very suprised ,,,,,, Anglesey is hugely overpriced for property,,, a 3 bed ex council house will set u back around 110 grand or more ffs

add 50 grand to that and you have Bournemouth prices

to be honest tommy i have no idea of liverpool as a city, i have been shopping a few times and have been to the ground but not any surrounding areas,,,, im only after a 2 possibly 3 bed in a safe quiet area for around 100 k... like i say it;s all up in the air at the moment but i think it could happen in the next 2 months.

lived in the area most of my life , including hans road just around the corner from the street end, and grew up around walton rd, around the ground is a bit run down but the houses arnt to bad and i never had any problems, parking was a bit of a pain sometimes, there is a decent 2 bed double glazed, central heating done up nice in that road going for around 60 k, if you have a bit more, you can get a decent house in a better speck pm me if you need any help on the area.
