Kurt.

Player Valuation: £100m
Saturday night is prob not the best time to post this as I am serious ha ha ,,, I dont know liverpool at all and was wondering what the areas surrounding goodison are like to live in,,,,, basically what im saying is would any of you purchase a house within 15 mins walking distance to the ground,,,,,, dont mock me on this as you could all benefit if I buy a property in the area lol, im sure for a small fee it could be used as a stopover for fans ( like myself ) who have to travel.

You would need a commercial waste licence, as dealing with more than 5 litres of bleach per fortnight requires special training, a Health and Safety course and a bespoke drainage system.

what about gwladys street itself ??? we've all walked it and sat on the garden walls along there, im sure i saw an article or programme before about a house along there where a few of the ex players go before a game for a meal and a few beers and then cross the road to the match.

My Dad used to live on Dane Street right by the ground. It's nice to just stroll out the house at ten to three to go the match.
The area is run down (the house next door was boarded up) but I never had any trouble.
An unbelievable amount of dog muck on the pavements though, the ability to use a plastic
bag to pick it up is a skill that has sadly eluded the residents.

no worries,,,, boyhood dream really to live across the road to the ground,,,, luckily, or unluckily,, personal circumstances have offered me the chance to do just that...... big step to take for me ,, just putting out some feelers at the moment,,, i have a friend who has a flat in the docks area , hge works as a cocktail barman in one of the clubs , no disrespect to him but he cant be making a mint and he can afford a nice gaff......... bit more research i think.

have a look on propertymarket, L4 and L9. What size you after? We sold 2 bed house 2yrs ago for 85k. Dropped about 5-10k since. Lived in L9 for 5yrs without any trouble.(about a 20 min walk from ground)

to be honest tommy i have no idea of liverpool as a city, i have been shopping a few times and have been to the ground but not any surrounding areas,,,, im only after a 2 possibly 3 bed in a safe quiet area for around 100 k... like i say it;s all up in the air at the moment but i think it could happen in the next 2 months.

You can probably get one right by the sh1thole that is Anfield for about £30K - imagine how much you could charge in B&B for the deadbeats that travel to games there - if you could stomach their company.
