LOVE GOT JUST THE WAY IT IS #ALWNV
Simple question.

Related to management/players body language. Performance. Attitude. The perception the club is putting forward.

Does EFC's current management/players staff look professional?

If yes or no. Explain why and what you have seen happening at the game. With SPECIFIC illustrations or examples

Does EFC's current management/players staff look professional?

YES. But you're looking in the wrong place.

Unsworth and his u21 staff have their players playing with pride and discipline at the back , and are currently third in their league.

Kevin Sheedy and Phil Jevons are doing a similarly good job with the u18s , although ironically they too got thumped 4-0 by a better Liverpool side the other week , but came back with a win a week later. They too are 3 RD in the u18 league.

I wouldn't suggest that any of them are long term solutions , but if things did get worse we at least have some capable ex players around who if nothing else on a temporary basis would instil some pride and passion.

Player fitness, set piece organisation, substitutions, squad management, individual man management. All of these things have been nowhere near the standard of s premier league club. We effectively have champions league standard players with a league 2 management team coaching then. Martinez, Jones, Lawrence, an absolute disgrace to our club and should all be fired immediately.

This.
Those with Everton connections seem to be proud to work and do their best for us.

The Greame Jones' (who I actually hate more than Steve Round) and the man Lawrence look fortunate to have blagged such a high profile job. Can't wait for them to be jibbed off.

Get Big Nev in as goalkeeper coach , Ratters or Waggy in a defensive coach . And sharpy or gray as a striker coach .. These guys won it all . I love big dunc , but watch him at half time , he's never inside screaming at players . He's messing about , keeping balls up on the pitch . The clubs a joke . Nothing's changed in 20 years . Look at villa , sort it , or our fate will be sealed !

Jones last night i thought made a cynical effort to 'show passion' at least think that was his intention, but given the way the game was at that point, it looked blindingly obvious what he was doing and he just came across as looking like a utter fool

Sooner they are all out the club the better

To be fair, Big Dunc will be doing what he's told. Martinez still has control overall and if he doesn't want him in there giving a rousing pep talk or laying into limp performers he won't have it. Doesn't mean Duncan doesn't want to be doing it.

97% of respondents currently saying EFC's team - NOT looking professional.

...

Not many positive comments about the body language or approach of EFC players or management at the moment either.

Yeah - soz abar going against the consensus, but I wouldn't call them 'unprofessional', just out of their league entirely.

I've no doubt they're actually trying, conduct themselves orderly enough and actually want the team to win, I don't think it's a question of their professionalism, just their ability.

And as noted, the club staff going down the age groups look extremely competent and have adequate ability.

Just echoing the comments about Graeme Jones, he looked like a beaten man lashing out last night.

Said it continually since the start of LAST season,so many examples I'd be here all day but the two most recent,Watford, get our noses in front first half injury time, immediately concede, last night, first half we haven't been great but 43 minutes on the clock,go in and regroup at 0-0,no we concede and then how many were expecting a second so quickly?,I know I was,2-0 game over in the space of two minutes,it is an absolute joke but I'm not laughing.UNPROFESSIONAL.
