Being productive is contagious but takes planning and good habits.
Depends what works for you. I use apps like Wunderlist and Evernote and make sure I set reminders for important things. The good thing about technology is that if you spend a small amount of time on it then it will organise you.
You'll have a productive week and enjoy your achievements. Hopefully then you'll be motivated sufficiently to continue and leave the procrastination behind.
