Any other cyclists on GOT?

Looking forward to the Tour of San Luis to kick off the cycling season. Peter Sagan RULES

How many needles are you on a day mate?

Bruce Wayne is the person to speak to about hiding performance enhancing drugs in your system as that's the only true way to win a cycling race obviously.

Keep us up to date with your progress and post some more photos of your hot latina cousin please.

I'm into cycling but don't get to do it as much as I used to with kids and all. Had an Everton cycling jersey made and got lots of compliments on it the last time I did a big ride.

Love using my Cyclemeter app when I ride. Much better than the bike computers from years ago.

My primary transportation in spring/summer/autumn. Usually do 10-15 miles a day. The pattern is that I usually pack weight on in the winter, then drop it again when bike season starts. The first few weeks are brutal. By September, I'm usually in fantastic shape, though.

Bought a bike the other month. Do about 40 miles every weekend although it's getting tougher with the weather. Looking forward to the summer when i can go after work.

Lol at road cycling.

All that lycra and removing all your body hair.

With mountain biking you get to wear body armour and do jumps and stuff.

Mountain biker here, never done any serious road biking but do commute every day on the fixed wheel.

Manchester-based so Peak district is the local trail system - good, but pretty ordinary compared to Scotland where I used to live. Land access in Scotland (which extends to bikes) is amazing, prob unique in the Western world.

Liverpool is a really bad spot for mountain biking - nothing at all on the doorstep. An hours drive will put you in plenty of good places though - N wales in particular has loads of quality trails.

Speaking of which, did anyone catch the latest wheeze by our favourite Kopite TDF winner a few days ago?

Nice.

I think this entire year has been one Wiggins would like to forget. He had a distinctly ordinary spring season. His Giro was literally a wash-out. The whole drama around his Tour participation was not good. His non-performance in the World road race was pretty abysmal, whilst the news that he's withheld Froome's bonus from last years Tour capped what has been a pretty awful year for him.

It must be pretty hard to sully the memory of 2012 when he achieved so, so much, yet he's certainly done his best to do so. It's hard to see what he'll do in 2014, but there remains a perception that he'll do not very much for his big salary.
