Was listening to a bloke from The Times on the radio earlier. All the top six can't play each other on the opening day, or the final day.
We all know teams form the same city can't play at home on the same day, or Christmas fixtures are arranged for minimum travel, but this is quite something else.
A lot of fans are kicking off about it, can't say I blame them.
 

First game of the season, the RS at Goodison. (Saturday)
Second game of the season, the RS at Analfield (Wednesday)

Let's get these defeats out of the way early, and move on.
