Thought this was an interesting piece. I assume that the NFL video Monk was referring to was Hard Knocks , an excellent series, even if you don't like the sport .
Anyway, shows the evolution of preseason training from the early days of running a few miles and shows why the standard of football is so good now that it's almost a different sport all together
