Just to let people know if they cant make it to the match,the Villarreal Goodison game is now live on itv 4 on the friday,by the way everton tv is still working great for me :P

Dear Robert,

I feel bound to communicate that a number of subscribers to EvertonTV are still awaiting a solution to the problem which has been brought to the attention of the Technical Help Desk. The platform which is supporting the service (Silverlight) is a Microsoft product. As such the product does not seem to support many other non-Microsoft Windows servers (such as Google Chrome). I'm sure that the Help Desk are searching for appropriate solutions but, in the meantime, the offer of free Everton TV is - for a large proportion of your customers - an opportunity to gaze wistfully at a blank screen, which is rather disappointing.

So, perhaps a solution that works for all, and does not disappoint a very considerable proportion of the customer base, would be most helpful.

FFS like,it's lost revenue for a skint team,and fans that can't watch the game. Even though I was paying for the service,I didn't mind that they forgot to plug the mic.in, this year is really a joke.

I got my latest advice off the *Tech team* today: exactly the same word for word duff advice they gave me three queries ago.

I'm sure they've subcontracted this to a team of goat herders in Albania.

the blank screen is still free though. Cheers Bill.
 
Just installed IE (the horror) in sheer desperation not to miss Kenwright's secret marquee signing(s), and whilst Silverlight crashed first time, on rebooting it worked ok. However, I thought I'd then give Firefox another shot and that works seamlessly too now. Perhaps it's an incompatability with new graphic cards or something, and an IE interface sorts it...
 
Certain the werber bremen game will have links on the net as its on certain eurosport channels around the world and nearly every one knows villarreal is on itv 4-its just the brum game looks like it might have nothing apart from efc tv at the minute
