Football can be an emotive subject and it certainly shows on here, especially during transfer deadline!

Whilst there’s never a sure thing there’s a many of you who are adamant we need a certain player to fix us, and get angry if Everton don’t sign them. On many occasions you’ve been right too as players have slipped from our grasp and went to star for others you got it very wrong!

Anyone think of examples? This is a thread to claim redemption and perhaps learn for next time.

Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

He's going to be an incredible player. I can't think of many other players in the world who I expect to beat his man every single time he has the ball. But I don't think he's playing for the team at the moment. Just speculating, of course, but I suspect he's got a bit of an ego on him because...

Scary thing is that at Everton right now we're watching players who are going to be right up there with the best in the world in Deulofeu and Barkley.
