depends where you are pumping the water, depends on who you are cutting out of drains, depends on how many people are trapped in cars and need cutting free (still not convinced the army or anyone else is trained in using specialist heavy machinery(sp) thats used on britains roads.

I assume that you refer to government in general Bruce as the Saudi arms deal was entered into by Mrs Thatcher and stangely enough her son became a millionaire overnight for his part in the deal.
