These things are governed by the College of Arms, the flag will just lose the blue bit and be left with the red cross of St George and the thin red diagonal cross of St Patrick.

Or, they may even leave it as it is. ( The Badge Bill, the badge, if it ain't broke don't fix it ) It's a world wide brand icon.

What would happen to the aussie and newzealand etc flags
