I think with Fellaini out, Anichebe not available .. and it's Norwich we should start Vellios with Jelavic. Naismith ain't cutting it and I think is more of distraction than help to Jelavic (possibly a carry over from 'gers days). I'm not sure that on current form Jelavic can carry all forward duties on his todd. If Vellios starts consider using Oviedo on the left as he crosses well, pace is scary and he has 2 to aim for, mirralas / pienaar can roam i.e. right wing or CM as needed and use Ossie off the bench to replace anyone who's slacking. I'd rather see Pienaar in the CM role than Ossie threading balls threw to Oviedo and making that left side an axis of 3.

Obviously this is due to suspensions and injuries.

But I want to see barkley played in the number 10 position. A free role. See what he can really do.

You'd really play Heitinga over Jagielka? apart from that and maybe Coleman, i would go with the same team.

I think Vellios starting is a big possibility since he has done well with his subs so far and from what I've seen him Jelli don't get in eachother's way like Felli and Jelli do.

This new fellaini and jelavic get in each others way is turning into the good old billy should be behind the striker! They played together most of the second half of last season with no problems.

The truth is with the new setup and mirallas ect the goals and threats are coming from multiple areas. Plus I do feel pienaar has hit no where near his creative form of last season.

All opinions obviously but vellios up top in a 4-4-2 would only make us weaker. Would rather barkley or Naismith myself being given a go at ACM.
