Not sure about Silva but Jordan Henderson could do with one of these. Worst wannabe hard man in years.

A few things:
A massive magic sponge that means his players recover right away.
An experienced forward to take the pressure off the young lads we already have. (particularly Kean who sections of the fanbase think would score loads if played up front. I doubt it, not yet anyway)
A fanbase who seem to give time to Brands, despite some failings, yet jump on Silva. They joined at the same time, and brands said it's no quick fix, 4/5 years before we see significant impact of the work they will do. Were less than halfway into that you gang of absolute virgins.
Probably some socks and undies. Always useful.
