Positivity so far

I work in fairly big pub, i would say its 60% the ****e, 15% Everton , 20% Man U, 5% City(Only been for last few year)

After out start to the season i have never seen the Everton fans in the pub so positive. People in the pub are starting to take notice and are agreeing that we have a good team these that can easily compete with Liverpool and the rest. Most of them trying to downplay there own chances so not to be laughed at when the season ends(like usual)

I also feel its not just the pubs Everton fans that are looking more positive but the people on the internet (forums, media, twitter)

Let just hope it long carries on and we sign a few more players before the window shuts (Striker and CM for me) and have a real go at the league this year.

I see no reason for it to stop either.

Only a huge injury crisis can mess this up....ok and a few other things, but i'm trying to be positive.

Mark Lawrenson had it right when he was going "He knows it as well" whilst he was talking about how good a team Everton have.

The only shame is that I think we are only a couple of players away from really competing with the clubs at the top of the league.

It's great isn't it. Shows what a couple of early wins do for the belief.

The confidence shown by both our manager and our players to go and dominate Villa on their own patch was astounding.

If we can get a good start to add to our finish, who knows how high up we can get.
