Fair play for the optimism pal. But reckon we cant compare our situation to them across the park as they had that dog playing up front for them who could win games on his own. Id take a few nil alls at the mo as we need to stop conceding goals n quick. McGeady has even less confidence now so shouldnt be near the first 11 at all. Agree Besic needs to be brought in to shield the back four but dont think Ross can be trusted that far back. Worked against QPR coz they are poison. Badly need a new keeper & centre back as the 2 that played the wknd were a disgrace and should never play together again.
Id play Rom and Kone togther n play to their strengths. Also stop fitting players into a system that hasmnt worked.
Im hoping we turn things around but starying to worry. If our defenders or deep lying midfieldrs are told in training to put their boot through the ball when in danger rather than continue to play a game they are not good enough to play wel get somewhere. I doubt Bobby will be suggesting this though

It's quite interesting the form of nearly our whole back for and keeper this year coincide with the opposition's ability to walk from their own penalty box straight into our back 4 almost unchallenged. For me defending starts from the front and works back. As far as I can see we have no defensive minded players when McCarthy is out in the whole of our front 6 players.

Exactly mate. Id like us to go 3 narrow in midfield till we get some sort of form back. Depending on injuries with Besic N Mccarthy along with someone else. I was a big fan of Barry but think hes costing us alot this year defending and also starting attacks. I assumed thats what Baines was put there for on Sunday to give us more legs in the middle but he looked lost at times & loosing McCarthy at HT didnt help.Barkleys lack of aggression will be the difference in him been a top notch centre mid & someone who may never reach his potential. For someone so big he doesnt put himself about enough for me so not what we need at this moment. Give Mirallis the free role behind Rom n Kone and you still have an attacking threat while having cover for full backs if they push on.
Amazing the difference few days makes, serious downer after last 2 games!! Praying for bit of good luck against Hull which I think is the only thing that can get us going at the mo.

I've been saying for months get mirallas behind the striker,(he is not a winger). get 3 or 4 in midfield( I don't think RM will go 2 up) who can dog around fighting for the ball and Make the oppo have to work their socks off to get in the game. At the minute teams are invited to play their football while we watch.

Well of course it is internal but what is he doing about the situation with the players. If that was his comment could it be indicative that there is discord at FF. Re' his comment forget about any signings, then may as well close the Transfer 2015 thread as it is clearly a waste of space and time.

With comments like that if true it fiurther casts doubt on him as manager.
