thats what his beard is for, it's a fat catcher. if you look closely he has quite a bit coagulated in there from istanbul.
he's been living off that for years.

just tucking into a couple of melton mowbrays with hot english.

i find that 1/6 is a good sized segment with sufficient meat and enough surface area for a smear of the mustard.
